I just wanted to show off the beautiful cake that Koen and Clay made for my birthday this year. Never have I seen a cake with so much TLC! No box mix was used here...nooo sir-ee! They made this baby from scratch! Clay told me after the fact, that it was the very first cake he has ever made and it was much harder than he had expected.
